Pick Up 2:30pm

Focus:

This camp has all aspects of a 200 foot game with power skating, shooting, passing, buddy positioning and contact understanding for players of any age. They will learn how to attack, pin or rub out effectively for players of all ages. For players going into Contact, this is a Contact Clinic.

Included will be a video coverage of training/practice that will be reviewed with the players. Players will learn how to properly stretch and basic body movements off ice to help prepare for games.

We ask that the players bring a snack with them to eat during the video review, this will keep their energy up for 3 hours of on ice training.
