New York Training Camp

Be trained by a professional trainer and who was also a former professional hockey player! This camp has all aspects of a 200 foot game with power skating, shooting, passing, buddy positioning and contact understanding for players of any age. They will learn how to attack, pin or rub out effectively for players all ages. Included will be a video coverage of training/practice that will be reviewed with the players. Players will learn how to properly stretch and basic body movements off ice to help prepare for games. For contact level players, this will be a contact clinic.

We ask that the players bring a snack with them to eat during the video review, this will keep their energy up for 3 hours or on ice training.
